These terms govern your use of esukuro. By creating an account you agree to them. You must be 18 or over.

What esukuro is

A marketplace connecting property seekers with agents. esukuro is not a party to any tenancy or sale, does not handle payments, and does not guarantee any listing.

Agents

• List only property you are authorised to let or sell.
• Declare every fee. Undisclosed fees are grounds for removal.
• Confirm availability when asked; stale listings are archived.
• Never request payment before a viewing.

Everyone

• No harassment, impersonation or fraud.
• One account per person.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You will be told why and can appeal.

Moderation

Administrators may read private conversations when investigating a report or a safety concern. Every such access is recorded with the administrator's name and reason.

Liability

esukuro is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between users.
